Job Description

You will be reporting directly to head of Global Quality Systems (GQS) and would be based at our new Global Business Service Center in Gdansk together with other colleagues from GQS.
Are you ready to start a new adventure pioneering together with us? We are looking for a brilliant Business Analyst. As a member of the Global Quality Systems, you will work in a highly dynamic environment, supporting internal stakeholders and collaborate globally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collect data and generate reports based on the input and requirements from the line of business representatives (Quality related data e.g. QMR, trend reports for Customer Complaints, Periodic Review, Read & understand Timeliness, Change Control Flux, CAPA, MyDoc trends, audit data etc.) 
  • Further develop and maintain Global Quality Power BI reporting and related SQL database.
  • Develop and optimise data and create relevant data visualisations
  • Analyse data and perform statistical analysis when needed
  • Participate in relevant stakeholder meetings, e.g. assist process owners in data reviews incl. QMR’s 
  • Maintenance of procedures related to the data management part of own responsibility and maintenance of PULSE intranet page with quality data and definitions.
  • Support customer using Quality data and power BI reports.
  • Future development of data analytics and insights (working with a variety of programming languages e.g. R and Python).


About you:

  • Master degree or equivalent (within Computer science, Business administration or similar)
  • +2 years’ experience within the Pharma industry is preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Business Intelligence skills (e.g. MS Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Knowledge of SQL or other similar language is required
  • Statistical analysis skills and knowledge of variety of programming languages e.g. SAS, R and Python
  • Ability to process data with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency within a regulated environment
  • Fluent in English verbally and written
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a changing environment with tight deadlines and many cultures
  • Passionate about data and analytics
