Key responsibilities:

• Collaboration with Local CRM Leads
  • First point of contact to CRM leads ​
  • Pre-CAB owner for LEO9 Key Markets + consolidation​
  • CAB Member​
• Multichannel CRM Support
  • CRM/Align/MCCP guidance​
  • Territory Mgmt Support​
• Platform Development and Support
  • Supporting Rollouts/Projects
  • CRM Leads Networking development
  • Communication on Change Request implementations​
  • CRM Training platform coordination​
• Training model:
  • Co-develop a training framework to secure appropriate knowledge level of CRM Leads
  • Specially initially lead/conduct TTT/Local CRM leads training
  • Collaborate with consultants on providing additional training through F2F meetings and remote sessions
• Deliver F2F\remote Training Program to ensure the knowledge transfer to our affiliate on CRM functionalities

About you:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3/5 years of experience with Veeva CRM system.
• Ability to manage multiple CRM stakeholder
• Technical knowledge and experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, Veeva MCCP and Salesforce
• System Training experience
• Understanding of Sales, Marketing and Medical processes in the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluent English written and formal speaking
• SAFe principle
