Job Description

Are you ready to start a new adventure pioneering together with us? We are looking for a brilliant Associate Global BI Platform Manager.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Support the day to day data operations for LEO BI solution (OneWay):
  • Act as the global operational support liaison for markets already live on OneWay incl.:
    • Supporting local and regional super users to develop user stories for incidents to be assessed in DevOps
    • Support technical team to understand incidents
    • Provide priority recommendations to Global Product Owner for larger incidents to address in sprint planning
    • Act as communication link between local and regional super users and technical team on incident resolutions
  • Own the documentation related to business requirements such as KPI catalogue, Business logics document and URS and update accordingly
    • Communicate and share documentation update with relevant regional and local super users
  • Run training sessions for regional and local super users when changes are implemented in OneWay, which requires training support;
  • Own, safeguard and update the OneWay training documents;
  • Support the OneWay Roll-out through the development of test cases and performing the related testing tasks. Coordinate the testing by the affiliate BI team.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Bachelor in business administration, finance, system architecture, pharmaceutical sciences or similar
  • Min. 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with data sources such as IQVIA (MIDAS, national, subnational data), Veeva/ CRM activity data, SAP finance data
  • Experience with SFE business processes
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Azure, DevOps and AWS is ideal but not a must
  • Experience with Agile development e.g. working with Scrum master, developing User Stories etc
  • Experience handling data and process challenges across markets and regions
  • Service minded and collaborative mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • SAFe principles
