You will become part of our Project Management Office within Global People & Performance. Global People & Performance is developing LEO Pharma’s global People initiatives and as part of the Project Management Office you will be involved in internal communication on projects, developing our communication channels as well as various support on projects.

 

Shape our future through data insights and story telling

You will work with communication, HR data, rolling forecast and requisitioner tasks. Your primary focus areas will be developing and maintaining our internal communication channels, supporting various HR projects and administrating our budgets and costs in close collaboration with our Procurement and Finance department. You will have clear responsibilities and the opportunity to make your mark.

 

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Responsible for creating and sending out monthly newsletter
  • Proactivity reach out to relevant stakeholder to arrange inspirational sessions on relevant projects and topics
  • Prepare presentations, pre-reads etc. for management meetings
  • Administrate our budgets including creation of Purchase order numbers, cost tracking and financial reporting within Global People & Performance
  • Ad hoc tasks related to our various HR projects (e.g. Leadership development, Organizational Review, Engagement surveys etc.)

Your competencies include that you

  • Are probably finalizing your Bachelor’s degree
  • Naturally take initiative, work independently and follow through on your commitments
  • Are creative, have strong communication skills and have flair for visual expressions
  • Are structured and can manage several projects at the same time
  • Love data and enjoy working in excel
  • Pay attention to detail and like working with data
  • Speak and write English fluently

 

Furthermore, it’s an advantage if you’re familiar with Excel, SharePoint and Enalyzer, and like working with PowerPoint, but it’s not a requirement.

You will report to the Head of Project Management Office & CoE and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. The weekly working time is between 15–20 hours.
