Due to increased activities and growth, LEO Pharma is looking for 2 IT Project Managers, with different levels of experience, who will have the opportunity to impact how strategic IT projects are planned, executed and implemented across the global organisation. You will join the OneHR Program where you will be responsible for one of two tracks contributing to the transition towards an aligned and global HR organisation. Part of the IT deliverables includes building the data foundation “Employee Central”, outsourcing of payroll in key markets/countries and integration and decommissioning of obsolete systems.

Communication and stakeholder management skills

It is important that you have the ability to both challenge organisational decisions as well as adapt to the changing business and market needs. Furthermore, you should be able to create valuable relationships with a wide number of stakeholders and have a proactive approach to the tasks at hand. Your tasks include:

  • Driving project execution aimed at delivering on time, according to quality and budget – with a keen eye for realising potential benefits
  • Prepare, control and follow up on your project budget and timeline
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure timely deliveries
  • Contribute in efforts to develop the way projects are done in the future
  • Work closely with HR stakeholder to secure alignment between project/program deliverables and HR transformation roadmap
  • Close dialogue with your project organisation in order to motivate and secure project efficiency

 

Your qualifications

  • A degree within e.g. project management, business administration, engineering or business IT
  • 5-10 years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing diverse stakeholders at various organisational levels
  • An excellent and well-assorted project management toolbox
  • Professional English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience from projects in HR domain, preferably with SuccessFactors
  • Understanding of HR Processes incl. Payroll and Time
  • Experience with Global projects and local rollout
  • Experience with outsourcing of payroll and working with external providers
  • Experience from a regulated industry is an advantage

In addition to the above you are strong in communication, team- and relation building and you drive results using your energy, your ability to motivate, set direction and establish efficiency with your project.

You have a high level of integrity and communicate respectfully. You are open and trustworthy and most important serve as a good role model.

 

Global, cross-organisational projects close to the business

As Project Manager you will be part of Project & Portfolio Management (PPM). Currently PPM manages 93 projects organized in 12 Programs – the vast majority are directly linked to LEO Pharma’s Business areas and are key to delivering on our 2025 Strategy.
