Organizational Change Manager

Ensuring the Change Management perspective in IT projects

LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you.

As Organizational Change Manager you are located in the Organizational Change Management department (OCM) within the Global IT organization. OCM supports the Project Organization which manages 90 projects organized in 12 programs – the vast majority are directly linked to LEO Pharma’s Business areas and as such support the 2025 Strategy.

You will be part of strategic important projects and ensure benefit realisation while focusing of the people side of the change.

The job

  • You will be assigned as Change Manager to one or more IT Projects and work in close collaboration with the Change Leads, Project Managers and Business Leads to secure successful business adoption
  • You will have the responsibility of the operational Change Management activities and be responsible for driving all aspects of the discipline. This covers the whole lifecycle from planning, managing, reinforcing and measuring successes
  • As this is an operational position you will sparr and align with the Programme Change Lead in strategic matters
  • You will secure the use of the IT Global Change Management Approach


Your qualifications

  • You have a relevant academic background (BA, MSc or equivalent)
  • You have worked as Organizational Change Manager on small to medium scale projects for more than 2 years
  • You are certified in ADKAR and preferably experienced with Project Management tools
  • You have good planning, coordination and facilitation skills
  • You are good at stakeholder management and feel comfortable on all levels in the organizational hierarchy
  • You must have a solid command of English, written and spoken
  • You are open and trustworthy and most important empathic

The key to success will to a great extent be founded on your ability to make your agenda a priority in a very busy stakeholder environment. This takes solid cooperation and communication skills and the ability to motivate, build relations and create a good dialogue.

Most important is that you are passionate about Change Management and find it interesting working at an operational level.


Your new team

The OCM department consists of 12 super dedicated Change Managers, all on different steps in their career – from Student OCMs to Seniors. Overall, we are responsible for all organizational change management towards the business when implementing IT projects.
The environment within OCM is characterised by ambitions, high pace, pragmatism and the will to succeed through collaboration. Last but not least we care about each other and strive to have fun particularly when being busy.

We are based at the LEO Pharma headquarter in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
As most projects are global, business travels can occur.
