We are at the early stage of building our Talent Acquisition organisation, which means exciting new local and global initiatives and now we need your skills and dedication to help us attract and engage the most talented people out there.
You will become part of Region INTERNATIONAL, one of three business critical regions in LEO Pharma. The region is growing fast and is very diverse, covering our affiliates in Asia, South & Central America, the Middle East, Africa and Russia. You will be a member of the Region INTERNATIONAL People & Compliance department, supporting our regional Talent Acquisition consultant.
You will work with employer branding, communication and HR data related tasks, primarily focusing on employer branding storytelling, SoMe content, onboarding surveys and our internal regional newsletter. By driving our HR data collection and gaining insight into our workforce, you will play an important role in strengthening employee engagement and talent attraction throughout the region. You will also act as a catalyst in building our employer brand globally when telling great stories about LEO Pharma.
Your main responsibilities will be

You will report to the regional Talent Acquisition Consultant and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. The weekly working time is between 15–20 hours.
You are probably taking a Master’s degree in HR, Communication, IBC, or similar – or you are in the last year of your bachelor. You naturally take on responsibility and follow through on your commitments. You are creative, have strong communication skills as well as a passion for writing engaging texts. You are very structured and can manage several projects at the same time. You pay attention to detail and you like working with data and see the value of data analysis.
