Coordinator, temporary position

Global R&D Administration is currently seeking an administrative coordinator for a 12 months temporary position, starting as soon as possible. You need to have a good understanding of how to handle tasks effectively and with a smile.
You will be supporting many different employees across Global Research & Development. To do this you will be part of a small team that is responsible for getting the tasks solved in a smooth manner during a busy day.


In your new department:

We support approximately 800 employees mainly locally in Ballerup, but also globally. Our most important task is administrative support. The tasks are very varied and include:

  • Purchase order creation
  • Order of craftsmen
  • System Support
  • Expense settlements
  • Plan, assist and coordinate meetings and events
  • Ad hoc administrative, etc.


About you:

You probably have an administrative education, and you are expected to:

  • be fluent in English, both in writing and speech
  • be a team player
  • be a super user of MS Office365
  • possibly have knowledge of SAP
  • be service minded
