Your overall focus is to ensure high quality deliverables and processes across our transactional finance processes, globally. Based at the LEO Pharma HQ in Ballerup you will lead 12-15 people in 3 teams consisting of experienced finance professionals.
The Global Finance Supoport Function is the active owner of the finance process and the link between the global LEO organisation and our Business Process providers (BPO) where the two biggest and most important are based in India. The function is responsible for the following processes: Travel Expenses & Entertainment, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and Intercompany and Bank Processing. You will be part of the leadership team for Global Accounting & Tax together with the VP to whom you directly refer. You can look forward to 2-3 yearly trips to India to meet the BPOs.
