As part of Finance, the Global Product Supply Business Finance (GPS BF) team is the focal point for forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, financial & business analysis, and performance management of GPS.


The job

As a partner leveraging strong finance qualification, process, and system understanding, together with GPS leadership to deliver:

  • Strategy: Set long- and short-term strategy for GPS functions.
  • Forecast: Based the strategy, develop a forecast for GPS, from where you set the direction (incl. target-setting).
  • Reporting: Deliver relevant management reporting giving transparency of gaps to target.
  • Performance Management: Implement KPIs that drives gap-closing actions.
  • Decisions: Implement an operating model that drives the decision-making process based on your management reporting and performance management framework.


The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in finance, accounting or similar and a strong interest in Finance and Production within the Pharma industry. You have experience from working in a production environment and the related financial and accounting processes – ideally S&OP, product costing and CAPEX. Experience with LEAN or Six-Sigma is a plus.

Your qualifications

  • Planning to win: Master project management methodology to drive results. Preferably PMI or PRINCE certified.
  • Systems: Skilled in executing analyses in financial, business, and analytical tools, such as: SAP ERP/R3, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects (Query Design, AfO, Dashboards, Web-Intelligence, Crystal), Power BI, Excel, etc. Preferable with diplomas in various analytical or financial systems.
  • Apply Structured Problem solving: Conduct investigations, root-cause error identification, commentary collection, and coordinating Q&A.
  • Analytical: Analytical mindset with the ability to address complex and large amounts of data and or processes.
  • Deliver convincing communication: You can digest analyses into understandable and presentable overviews. Master communication media and platforms, such as: Power Point, Word, SAP BO (e.g. Dashboard and Crystal), SharePoint, etc. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Passion for customers: Self-starter attitude and be able to see opportunities and invite yourself to the table, with a track record of positive stakeholder engagements.


Your new team

The GPS function is responsible for supply strategy, complexity management, S&OP, engineering, manufacturing (incl. contract manufacturing), quality, and logistics & distribution.
You will report to Head of GPS BF, and join a team of 14 high professionals, in a Global Finance organization. As GPS Finance Business Partner, you will engage with senior GPS stakeholders to design and implement an efficient operating model – to drive performance that creates results for LEO Pharma. We are based at the LEO headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen, but our new colleague will ideally be based in Vernoulliet (FR).
