Support business critical GCO projects

As GCO Projects student assistant at LEO Pharma, you will become a part of highly experienced professional team which focuses on linking GCO activities with global development projects. You will gain insights into dermatological disease area, as well as clinical operations. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Manual transfer of contract data into Excel sheets and other manual data handling as needed
  • Help with various performance and status reports
  • Help with process descriptions
  • Help maintaining good quality operational data
  • Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites
  • Updates and maintenance of various overviews and lists
  • Support presentations in relation to alignment of format and templates etc.
  • Ad hoc tasks from different stakeholders


This a great opportunity to apply business process knowledge into operational pharmaceutical environment

Preferably you are a bachelor’s or early master’s student within business administration, management or similar and considering a career in a dynamic part of pharmaceutical company.

It is important, that you:

  • Are proactive, flexible, positive and curious
  • Can work independently and communicate well with colleagues
  • Are able to handle periods with high work load
  • Are familiar with Microsoft Office - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & SharePoint
  • Have at least 1,5 years left of your study
  • Write and speak fluent English
