Working with medical communication in an international environment

As a Student Assistant in GPS at LEO Pharma, you will become part of an international team which focuses on creating the best support to all GPS employees in Ballerup with an international perspec-tive with tasks and colleagues. You will gain insights into the dermatological disease area as well as an understanding of the newest state of the art dermatological treatment opportunities across the world.

We are looking for a colleague who can help us with:

  • Data driven tasks that can support on-going projects
  • Be supportive and have many tasks at same time and tasks coming ad-hoc
  • Be look into finances and financial updates and go through potential numbers
  • Have presenting skills
  • A group mind that can work together across departments and countries 
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus.

In addition it is important, that you:

  • Are proactive, flexible, positive and curious
  • Can work independently and communicate well with colleagues
  • Are able to handle periods with high work load
  • Are familiar with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint & Excel
  • Are interested in Finance or Data tasks
  • Have passed 120 ECTS (equivalent to two years)
  • Have at least two years left of your study
  • Write and speak fluent English 
  • You will become a part of GPS Support team, which consists of 7 people. You will report directly in to the Executive Assistant for Global Product Supply, Christopher Engslev. Your main day will be in Ballerup, right next to Malmparken Station at LEO Pharma Headquarter.
