LEO Pharma

Rewards Professional

Do you want to be part of a team supporting growth through development and continuous optimisation of global rewards initiatives?

Are you analytical by nature, excel savvy and keen to learn about or develop your Rewards skills?

LEO Pharma has embarked on a growth journey to become the preferred dermatology care partner in the world. This journey includes exciting global initiatives and organisational development. As a Rewards Professional you will help roll out global rewards programmes to improve efficiencies and drive alignment.

Right strategies and best-in-class processes, programmes and tools

In 2017 LEO Pharma’s Board of Directors approved a new rewards strategy as well as a number of initiatives to strengthen the approach to rewards across LEO. You will be a member of the global Rewards CoE and support the development of LEO Pharma’s Global Rewards initiatives to help attract, motivate and retain employees. You will be working in a multi-cultural environment and with an organisational setup characterised by change.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Support the analysis and review of current compensation programmes and processes, and the development of new programmes by researching market trends and analyzing survey data.
  • Administer and monitor the corporate incentive compensation programs throughout the year, including participant management, leavers’/expats’ payouts and quarterly financial accruals.
  • Provide analytical support in the cost modelling, annual salary and incentive cycles, budgeting and forecasting of compensation programmes.
  • Conduct job evaluations, through the Mercer IPE methodology, and perform market pricing evaluations of new and revised positions - primarily at Director level and above.
  • Lead the work on getting processes and governance documented and described so they can be effectively communicated to stakeholders and ensure we live up to Internal Audit requirements.
  • Support the development of communication material, guidelines and tools to support the implementation of new programmes and help managers make effective compensation decisions.
  • Train managers and HR Business Partners in compensation and benefits policies and in how to apply LEO Pharma’s global job structure based on Mercers’ IPE framework.

You will work closely with colleagues in the Global Rewards CoE both in Denmark and abroad as well as with a large group of HR colleagues and people managers across the organisation.

Strong analytical skills and opportunity to build your knowledge of rewards management in a global context

You are curious by nature, have strong analytical skills, are passionate about HR, and enjoy team work.

Ideally you have a few years of experience with rewards management, but more importantly you have a track record of delivering killer analytics in a complex environment. Your experience is backed by a relevant Master’s degree (Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics or similar).

Apart from your strong Excel skills, you know your way around PowerPoint and have a natural interest in working with numbers and data and translating them into findings and key messages. You understand the importance of having a strong focus on details, and you are effective at building strong relationships and trust with your stakeholders. As you will be engaging with colleagues across the global organisation it is important that you can communicate effectively and confidently in English.
