LEO Pharma’s ambitions LEO Pharma has embarked on a growth journey to become the preferred dermatology care partner in the world, dedicated to helping people achieve healthy skin. We have recently introduced our 2025 strategy, which aims to accelerate our efforts in innovative therapeutics while strengthening our established portfolio and our global footprint in medical dermatology. Dermatology is an area of rapid growth and LEO Pharma is rapidly changing from one that is focused on topical treatments, to being at the forefront of scientific advancements to help patients. To achieve our ambitious goals, we want to bring all LEO people along the journey and the changes this requires from everyone to focus on the right things, collaborate, and work efficiently while preserving the unique parts of our company culture. HR in LEO Pharma has over the past year defined a new HR Operating Model that towards 2020, where roles and responsibilities in HR will be clearly defined to optimise our HR services. Global People Services will lead key operational services and implement operational procedures across LEO as well as  deliver the more transactional HR support on globalised processes and services. We are building a team to spearhead this transformation for the coming years and ensure that we will deliver people centric digital solutions. As part of the journey we have identified the need to improve the way we generate employee documents and archive them.



Your new Role

If you are up for the challenge you should expect to take part in ensuring a successful transition of an affiliate to the new HR  operating model.


Your key tasks would focus around:  


  • Engage with our affiliates and assist the HRBP is delivering standard templates for all the employee documentation
  • Co-ordinate the translation of employee document templates and pass on the templates to the HRIS configuration team
  • Test and receive confirmation by our affiliates for all the country generated documents
  • Train the Global People Services on how to produce employee documents from our new document generation system
  • Liaise with our affiliates and collect the document retention rules based on the local GDPR rules
  • Liaise with our implementation partner for the configuration of the correct rules in our document retention system
  • Collect and archive all employee relevant documentation in our document management system
  • Create the training material related to the operation of the document management system



Your qualifications

You have solid skills in handling and organising tasks. You thrive in an international environment where excellent stakeholder management is a key requirement.


In addition, as a successful candidate we expect you to be able to


  • Able to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions – but with a global mind-set.
  • Have previous experience in working with document generation and archiving systems
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS ( SAP and/or Success Factors employee Central  )
  • Excellent Ms Excel and data processing knowledge
  • Be detailed oriented and well-structured
  • Have a positive mindset and be able to inspire collaboration between different cultures
  • Experience in running similar activities for multi country setup will be considered an advantage 
  • Fluent in English – any other language will be considered an advantage Fluent in English – any other language will be considered an advantage


Our ideal candidate has a strong customer service mind-set, good collaboration skills, team spirit, motivation to work with new challenges,  a sense of humour – some travelling might be required.
