LEO Pharma’s ambitions LEO Pharma has embarked on a growth journey to become the preferred dermatology care partner in the world, dedicated to helping people achieve healthy skin. We have recently introduced our 2025 strategy, which aims to accelerate our efforts in innovative therapeutics while strengthening our established portfolio and our global footprint in medical dermatology. Dermatology is an area of rapid growth and LEO Pharma is rapidly changing from one that is focused on topical treatments, to being at the forefront of scientific advancements to help patients. To achieve our ambitious goals, we want to bring all LEO people along the journey and the changes this requires from everyone to focus on the right things, collaborate, and work efficiently while preserving the unique parts of our company culture. HR in LEO Pharma has over the past year defined a new HR Operating Model that towards 2020, where roles and responsibilities in HR will be clearly defined to optimise our HR services. Global People Services will lead key operational services and implement operational procedures across LEO as well as deliver the more transactional HR support on globalised processes and services. We are building a team to spearhead this transformation for the coming years and ensure that we will deliver people centric digital solutions. As part of the journey we have identified the need to analyse local processes and transition them to a global, customer focused centralized setup

Your new Role

If you are up for the challenge you should expect to take part in ensuring a successful transition of an affiliate to the new HR operating model.

Your key tasks would focus around:

  • Walkthrough of the Global processes with the country and capture local deviations ( job shadowing)
  • Collect all documentation that is delivered from the employer to the employee during the employee lifecycle
  • Create work instructions and upload them in the Knowledge Management system
  • Be part of the HRIS localization team feeding and validating local requirements in the Global/local data model
  • Transition and train Global People services employees in supporting the local country setup
  • Validate and receive approval of Work Instructions by the local affiliate before transitioning them to Global People Services, ensuring a smooth handover


Your qualifications

You have solid skills in handling and organising tasks. You thrive in an international environment where excellent stakeholder management is a key requirement.

In addition, as a successful candidate we expect you to be able to

  • Understand the importance of respecting local and business requirements and translating them into solutions without jeopardizing the global process setup 
  • Have strong HR admin process knowledge 
  • Able to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions – but with a global mind-set.
  • Possess a good knowledge of HRIS ( SAP and/or Success Factors employee Central )
  • Have a positive mindset and be able to inspire collaboration between different cultures 
  • Can drive fit to standard workshops and mitigate any exceptions efficiently
  • Has a good understanding of translating local processes into efficient Shared Services supported processes 
  • Is Fluent in English – any other language will be considered an advantage
