We have recently introduced our 2025 strategy, which aims to accelerate our efforts in innovative therapeutics while strengthening our established portfolio and our global footprint in medical dermatology. Dermatology is an area of rapid growth and LEO Pharma is rapidly changing from one that is focused on topical treatments, to being at the forefront of scientific advancements to help patients. To achieve our ambitious goals, we want to bring all LEO people along the journey and the changes this requires from everyone to focus on the right things, collaborate, and work efficiently while preserving the unique parts of our company culture. HR in LEO Pharma has over the past year defined a new HR Operating Model that towards 2020, where roles and responsibilities in HR will be clearly defined to optimise our HR services. Global People Services will lead key operational services and implement operational procedures across LEO as well as  deliver the more transactional HR support on globalised processes and services. We are building a team to spearhead this transformation for the coming years and ensure that we will deliver people centric digital solutions. As part of the journey we have identified the need to improve the way we run payroll and create an optimal setup for all our affiliates utilizing our Success FactorsTM Employee Central Suite and KronosTM.



Your new Role

If you are up for the challenge you should expect to be responsible for ensuring a successful transition of an affiliate to the new global payroll operating model.


Your key tasks would focus around:  


  • Analysing and documenting  the TA setup in each country in collaboration with our local affiliate staff
  • Identify Employee Self service opportunities for all TA pay components and design the process to be – for implementation in our HRIS and TA system
  • Participate and drive the TA system transition workshops for each of the country that will be part of the new payroll operating model
  • Plan the transition to the new TA system in collaboration with our Program Manager
  • Collaborate closely with the HRIS implementation team and the Global payroll specialist to deliver an optimized payroll process with a user experience in mind
  • Ensure a smooth transition of the local TA to the new operating model enabled by the Global People Services
  • Be the tier 3 support level for TA related topics

Your qualifications

You have solid skills in driving processes, handling and organising tasks. You thrive in an international environment where excellent stakeholder management is a key requirement.


In addition, as a successful candidate we expect you to be able to:


  • Understand business and HR requirements to continuously improve and adjust the TA processes
  • Strong TA process and data understanding
  • Ability to translate TA processes to ease of use ESS and MSS solutions
  • Able to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions – but with a global mind-set.
  • Knowledge of HRIS ( SAP and/or Success Factors employee Central  )
  • Knowledge of Employee Central Time off and Kronos will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent Ms Excel and data processing knowledge
  • Be detailed oriented and well-structured
  • Have a positive mindset and be able to inspire collaboration between different cultures
  • Has a good understanding of translating local TA processes into efficient Shared Services supported processes
  • Experience in running similar activities for multi country setup is a prerequisite
  • Fluent in English – any other language will be considered an advantage
