Support to the Executive Vice President of Region Europe Plus and drive strategic initiatives and change projects.
LEO Pharma is looking for an experienced professional to enable and assist the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Region Europe Plus in delivering his business priorities. You will be a key support and sparring partner to the EVP as well as drive strategic initiatives and projects alone or together with Europe Plus leadership team members.

In this role you will support the EVP in organising and managing leadership meetings, prepare presentations on a clear story line, ensure the business planning process, drive strategic initiatives and projects as well as supporting the EVP in driving transformation. You will become a trusted and indispensable part of the EVP’s daily life and a highly valued member of the Region and the Europe Plus leadership team.
To do this you will collaborate with stakeholders across Region Europe Plus and LEO Pharma and represent the EVP in various fora.
In overview your primary tasks will be to:
You hold a relevant degree at M.Sc. level – and you have significant insight into the pharmaceutical business model and commercial priorities. Most likely, you come with a commercial background and ideally, you have experience from working at a local commercial level as well as with stakeholders across a global pharma organisation.
Regardless of your background you must be able to plan, develop and implement various tasks across processes, do analysis and decision support. You are proficient in preparing business presentations and you have a documented change management and/or communications track record.
On the personal level you have drive and are eager to develop your potential. You can handle confidential information, and since you will be working in a busy business environment, you must be able to stay focused and keep a clear head at all times. To succeed, you must also be really good at collaborating with all kinds of people.
You will report to the EVP and be located at the regional office in Ballerup. Business travels must be expected at a level of approx. 30 days per year.
Region Europe Plus has the commercial responsibility, including sales, marketing, market access, product launches amongst other, across 24 countries in Europe including Australia/New Zealand and Canada. We are approx. 800 employees in total with approx. 40 employees at the regional office situated at the LEO Pharma headquarter in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
