Coordinator & Project Manager for Market Access - Global Pricing & Market Access

Overall focus lies on helping LEO progress towards its goals by supporting the fields of Global Pricing, Market Access and Health Economics as well as supporting the VP of GPMA and the GPMA leadership team.

Make an impact and enable our success

This position is three-fold. You will take the role of project lead for two internal LEO networks, take lead of the internal and external Global Pricing and Market Access communication as well as provide administrative support to the GPMA Vice President and the GPMA LT. All in all key responsibilities will be:


  • Project Lead two internal LEO Networks (G5 Team and PACE community)
  • In collaboration with the VP, GPMA, develop strategy and plans for these Networks
  • Co-ordinate interactions and lead projects on behalf of, and within, these two Networks
  • Hold responsibility for budget dedicated to these two Networks
  • Lead communication of the objective and outcome of the GPMA team, the G5 Team and the PACE community to secure development, collaboration and alignment across the organization.
  • Communication Manager for the fields of Pricing, Access and HEOR, driving the  communication strategy and process.
  • Co-ordinate GPMA LT, events and meetings and support specific GPMA LT projects.
  • Co-ordination, and administrative support, of the VP activities; meeting calendar, travel, travel expenses and general assistant support.


Profile and experience

We expect you to hold a diploma or bachelor degree in Business Administration/Organization or Communication, and 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in addition to:


  • Strong project management skills with ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
  • A strong communicator who can work cross-functionally in a larger organization
  • A high-performer who thrives in a team environment and take responsibility for own actions and projects, delivered through informal leadership
  • Structured and practical “do’er” who follows-through on activities, also when it requires taking on other/additional tasks than originally planned for (flexibility and accountability).
  • Certified education and/or experience in Project Management
  • Basic knowledge about pharmaceuticals/Pharma Industry
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Professional and high integrity
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Service-minded, flexible and able to manage ambiguity
  • Good IT skills in general, and Microsoft Office and SAP specifically


Global Pricing and Market Access – your new department

Global Pricing and Market Access (GPMA) is an organisation consisting of approximately 20 people, representing five different functional capabilities, organised in three teams. We are interacting with many stakeholders across the company as well as outside the company. Our mission is to ensure that the value of LEOs solutions are recognized and that access to these are granted for all eligible patients.
