You will head a team of 8 very experienced and skilled specialists who are involved in labelling activities for established products or products in development – and project manage cross-organisational project teams with the label as the focus.
The team’s overall focus is to ensure that LEO Pharma’s product information is in line with the LEO position and strategy for the product and in compliance with authority regulations globally. This includes assessing local deviations to the Company Core Data Sheet (CCDS) for the marketed products as well as interacting with the authorities globally on label related issues. A vital part of your job is to define and drive initiatives to strengthen the team and support their development – including support of strategic initiatives as e.g. the implementation of the label as the driver for clinical development. Your primary tasks will be to:
RA Labelling has recently been divided into two teams primary responsible for respectively Content and Compliance & Operations. Solid collaboration and coordination between the two teams are essential for succeeding meaning your most important contact will be the Manager of your sister team – both of you are also part of the RA Labelling Management Team.
You have a natural science degree at minimum Master’s level. Your previous career has provided you with experience across of RA and R&D, preferably with demonstrated labelling focus. Additionally, you have experience from leading specialists and you know how to keep them happy and motivated. With your understanding of both life cycle management and development projects you can guide the specialists, set the direction and make the necessary decisions to ensure alignment and progress.
As genuine people manager you find great motivation in making your employees come through and shine. You must also be able to establish constructive relationships to a wide number of stakeholders across cultural, geographical and professional borders. This takes an open mind including the ability to understand the perspective and agenda on the other side of the table.
Your team consists of 8 experienced specialists that share a true passion for their field of expertise. Most of the team members have been working together for a long period of time and they are good at sharing knowledge – and drive projects independently.
