LEO Pharma is facing extensive growth in the coming years, which also includes Mergers and Acquisitions. Today LEO Pharma is represented in more than 100 countries with more than 4.800 employees.
As Program Manager, M&A IT you will be a vital part of the overall M&A-process and have end-to-end responsibility for the IT set-up, from initial due diligence to handing over the final IT set-up to operations.
Organized in a group of Program Managers you will strongly contribute to continuously improve program processes/framework related to the Program Management and M&A process.
You will be a part of an open and dynamic Global IT function running major transformation programs with Line of Business, building the platform for our future state in LEO Pharma together.
You have solid experience with Program Management in an international environment and from positions where M&A IT has been a major part of your responsibility area.
You are a strong communicator and stakeholder management on any level comes naturally to you.
You must be self-driven, operational, resilient and decisive as well as strategic and have a strong IT mind-set obtained through extensive hands-on experience. SAP experience in a global production environment will be an advantage.
You thrive in a rapid changing environment and act as a change agent yourself, always enthusiastic along with a good sense of humor.
You are fully proficient in both written and spoken English.
