You will build a new RA Business Project Management Office (PMO) and head the team of RA Business Project Managers in a role with full dedication and focus from the RA Leadership.
Your overall focus is to ensure smooth and efficient completion of business projects in LEO Pharma’s global Regulatory Affairs organisation. You will do so by building a new PMO setup and by leading and coaching your team of approx. 10 Project Managers. Your primary tasks will be to:
You will unfold your skills across a wide variety of projects, e.g. global business strategic and organisational projects and the implementation of new, major regulatory IT systems. All projects must contribute to move Regulatory Affairs forward.
You have a Master’s degree within natural science and +5 years’ managerial experience from an international RA organisation that has been through changes. Additionally, you have solid Project Manager experience, maybe backed by a certification. You must bring a deep understanding of the regulatory framework and procedures in a global setting. This includes understanding of how RA contributes to the drug development process including life-cycle management. As such, you can analyse potential ROI in suggested projects and prioritise in order to maximise value via best possible selection.
As the genuine leadership profile you are, you find great motivation in seeing your employees shine. You know how to motivate and coach based on your good understanding of the individual and the overall dynamics in the team. As part of a global organisation you must also be able to create a constructive collaboration across cultural, professional and geographical borders. Related to this you know how to navigate in a complex organisational setting with multiple stakeholders and agendas.
Based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen you will head a team of approx. 10 Project Managers and a Communication & Change Management Professional. The team is newly established as a result of a merger of two sister teams. There is a positive atmosphere and very engaged employees in the team.
