Drive support & maintenance of our electronic document management system

To further strengthen our handling of business critical documents LEO Pharma has introduced a new support organisation and a new document management system. MyDoc LEO is the repository of approx. 17.000 strategic and operational procedures. And that is why we need you and your skills within systemisation and administration. As Business Supporter and Super User you will become a key player in maintaining the system across Global Research & Development with approx. 1000 employees.

 

Broad responsibility from overall planning and coordination to data administration

You will be part of Global R&D Administration (RDA), which is a centralized office administration for Global R&D and is responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating various administrative business operations geared toward achieving internal operational excellence in support of the organizational staff globally. Your overall objective is to safeguard that the MyDoc LEO solution continuously support business needs. You will contribute to the development of standardised processes as well as the overall solution and the implementation of our MyDoc LEO roadmap. You will:

  • Provide end-user support – via mail, telephone and face to face
  • Maintain meta data on master documents 
  • Distribute documents for training to end-users 
  • Initiate periodic review workflows 
  • Generate KPI reports 
  • Support managers to be in compliance with e.g. periodic review and training of employees 
  • Train end users
  • Contribute to shape and optimise the solution

A vital part of the system is to document training of master documents. In this relation one of your most important tasks will be to interact with the department managers to secure that the employees receive the correct master documents for training in the MyDoc LEO system. Excellent collaboration skills and a pragmatic attitude is key in succeeding at this.

 

Open minded super systemiser

You have an education at B.Sc. or similar. And you have some years’ experience from working with tasks across administration/systemisation in a team delivering services. As such, you are used to communicate with people at all levels. Ideally, you bring pharma experience and a related understanding of GxP requirements.

People know you for your structured work approach, your passion for systemisation and your ability to come through. Additionally, your flair for IT makes it easy for you to apply your skills to new systems. Your positive mindset and can-do attitude makes you a natural ambassador for your team and the system, and you are not afraid of facing the challenges that is part of introducing new ways of working. As you will support users located in multiple countries you will also need your open-minded approach towards different ways of working, cultural diversities etc. As part of this you will need solid English skills, written and spoken.
