Student Assistant – Global HCP Compliance

Can you help us ensure compliance in collaborations with HCPs/HCOs?

LEO Pharma has embarked on a very exciting journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology partner. An important part of fulfilling this ambition includes engaging with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)/Healthcare Organisations (HCOs) all over the world as they provide valuable, independent and expert knowledge.

Are you interested in making a difference within compliance and at the same time expand your business acumen with a global perspective? Then you might be our new Student Assistant in Global HCP Compliance, where we are responsible for the Global HCP compliance process on how to ensure compliance of HCP/HCO engagements and disclosure of spend data. 

We are looking for an ambitious Student Assistant to perform primarily the following tasks:

  • Perform follow-up on users of the HCP compliance engagement tool
  • Prepare HCP/HCO payments for posting by finance
  • Structure and archive documents in internal folders
  • Participate in testing of updates to the HCP compliance spend tracking tool
  • Update of process documents (Words, Excel)
  • Various administrative tasks

What we expect from you

  • You have completed at least first year of your study from Copenhagen Business School preferably HA (IT) or similar or you are interested in IT, transparency & business ethics
  • That you have detailed knowledge in the use of Excel and SharePoint  in combination good sense of the business
  • You like to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders
  • As a person you are a fast learner, energetic and you work independently with a positive and open mind towards new challenges
  • Will be part of an international environment hence it is important that you have good English skills both written and spoken
  • It is important that you are detail-oriented, thorough, and structured as you will be handling various tasks, including confidential information 

What we can offer

As a Student Assistant in LEO Pharma you will gain insight into the international pharmaceutical industry and you will be working with tasks and tools that assist us in ensuring compliance globally when we interact with Healthcare Professional and Healthcare Organisations.

We offer a flexible working week of approx. 15 hours. You will be able to plan your working hours according to your own schedule, as we consider mutual flexibility a matter of course.

You will join 8 dedicated and skilled colleagues in a very well-functioning team based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
