Monthly reporting, development of tools and processes and multiple ad hoc tasks

You will join the finance team in Global Product Supply (GPS) that is LEO Pharma’s global manufacturing division with production sites in Denmark, Ireland and France. As primary responsible for our monthly reporting and planning processes you will understand and coordinate data, numbers, analyses etc. – and by this provide financial figures in a high quality and fully transparent on all dimensions. At the same time you will unfold your skills across development of new tools and handling of all kinds of finance related tasks, often in close dialogue with the Finance Business Partners in GPS. Your primary tasks will be to:

• Take lead on the monthly closing reporting process and semi-annual forecasting process – ensuring full control throughout the process
• Establish a comprehensive, solid and consistent reporting deck for the GPS organisation Improve and refine closing process where needed
• Ensure full overview of variances and trends in the consolidated numbers, combining inputs and comments from business partners and proactively develop own analysis where relevant
• Develop, propose and initiate mitigation actions to close potential gaps to targets where needed
• Per request from GPS Management or Finance Management, provide ad hoc analyses on GPS performance
• Contribute to development of new tools in SAP, Excel and BI
• Act as GPS Finance point-of-contact towards central FP&A team and FMI/BI team

Your primary working partners will be your colleagues in GPS Finance and the rest of Business Finance around the world.

 

Reporting insights, business acumen and process knowledge in SAP

Your career has provided you with knowledge of transactions and processes in SAP as well as a general understanding of the underlying transactions in financial reporting. You have probably been working with developing performance management reports before. You bring finance experience and want to take on a specialist role where you can use the full spectre of your expertise. Supply chain experience is an advantage.

Regardless of your background you must thrive in an environment where the only constant is change. You must like to work independently and not be afraid to get started, also when there is not a completed process description or a fixed template ready – you are the one bringing order and structure. As responsible for reporting you will also need your curiosity in order to understand what lies behind the numbers and figures delivered by your colleagues. Finally, your role as coordinator takes solid cooperation skills including the ability to make people prioritize your agenda.
