Senior Clinical Training Manager

About the job

As our organisation is rapidly growing, we have created this new position to ensure that we at all time provide high quality training. In this role, you will be supporting a global organisation.The scope of training covers all roles that are conducting clinical trials, e.g. Clinical Project Managers, CRAs, Clinical Support Specialists, Biostatisticians, Data Managers and Medical Writers, and you will collaborate with subject matter experts across the organisation.

 

Tasks

Your main responsibilities in this role:

  • Develop and maintain training material supporting both class room training as well as self-training (eLearning)
  • Facilitate Lessons Learned sessions
  • Assist in providing training together with subject matter experts 
  • Maintain training platform
  • Ensure centralised overview of training documentation in Global Clinical Operations

 

Your position will bring you a high level of visibility, as you will collaborate with a great number of stakeholders across the organisation. To succeed in this, you will need all of your service DNA and customer focus.

 

Your qualifications and experience

  • Strong communication skills – verbally and in writing
  • Familiar with clinical development achieved through more than 5 years experience from working in a pharmaceutical company or a CRO
  • Positive can-do-attitude and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Outgoing, tolerant, open-minded and a solution-oriented approach
  • You have a true quality mind-set and as you will join a rapidly evolving organisation, you must thrive on working in an environment characterised by on-going changes of procedures, systems and processes.


Clinical Process Management  – your new team

You will be part of a dedicated team of 7 colleagues responsible for driving process optimisations, training and compliance within Global Clinical Operations (GCO). We are located at LEO’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
