You will become part of Region INTERNATIONAL, one of three business critical regions in LEO Pharma. You will report into the newly established “Established Portfolio Department”, working closely with the managing Director, three Marketing colleagues with responsibility for other therapy areas and a Pricing/Access Manger.

We have set ambitious goals for LEO Pharma towards 2025. Among others to help more than 125 million people suffering from a skin condition. As Senior Global Marketing Manager, you will hold global responsibility for driving one of LEO Pharma’s best-performing brands, by leading the creation of  the global commercial plan for the franchise in alignment with the LEO 2025 strategy. 

You will be responsible for the development of strategies and tactics from A-Z: You will work very closely with our markets, regularly spending time in the field to gain hands-on insight to market dynamics, ecosystems, patient/health care professional needs and business drivers. You will insure that these insights are incorporated into the Global Commercial Strategy, Commercial Operation Plans and Life Cycle Management activities. You will prioritize activities and resources for the portfolio  and facilitate the development of support tools to the markets.

Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Prepare and implement the yearly  global Commercial Strategy plan for the franchise.
  • Drive and contribute to the annual Commercial Operation Plan for Region INTERNATIONAL
  • Ensure excellence in product launches for the franchise.
  • Guard and maintain the product’s brand identity and manage new marketing campaigns and support tools as toolboxes across Region INTERNATIONAL.
  • Organize and manage regular business meetings with clusters and key markets to support business growth.

You will report to the Director of Established Portfolios, and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. You can expect to travel approx. 40 days a year in order to meet with colleagues and partners across the region.

Commercially savvy marketing strategist with an inventive mind-set

You have several years of experience with commercial management on an international level, and hold a thorough understanding of varied market models (RX, Pharmacy driven sales, tenders etc.) By thinking out-of-the-box and balancing the big picture with details, you are capable of transforming insights into impactful strategies and supportive tactics, while exploiting synergies and respecting market differences. 

Other requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Business administration or similar – alternatively you hold a Science Degree.  
  • Excellent understanding of and experience with strategic and operational business tools and processes  
  • Experience in established brand optimisation  
  • Fluency in English (business/ negotiation level)

You have a well-developed cultural flair, and are seasoned in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders and functions. You transmit your personal enthusiasm to people around you to ensure deliveries according to plans and deadlines. To succeed it is vital that you take on responsibility and follow-through on your projects with passion and ambition. As your stakeholders are all working in different time zones you understand that the best time to meet is not always 9-5.
