Process Development Manager, Hire to Retire

Drive and manage HR process improvement initiatives

As Process Development Manager for Hire to retire your overall focus is to develop new and optimize existing HR processes with a clear efficiency and customer focus in mind. Together with your colleagues in your team in close collaboration with Global People you will focus on business needs, help simplify business processes as well as participate in SAP and Success FactorsTM  improvement projects. The primary tasks for the team are:

  • Driving process improvement initiatives from identification to implementation
  • Managing the change request portfolio
  • Managing business initiatives and scope of projects
  • Planning and facilitating stakeholder workshops
  • Analyzing and designing business processes
  • Supporting continued roll-out of SAP in our global organisation
  • Driving simplicity and standardisation via knowledge sharing and creation of cross-organisational best practises

You will have a close dialogue with many stakeholders mainly located in Global People and our IT colleagues to ensure alignment of our global HR processes. Within the Business Process Integration team you will work closely together with other Process Development Managers and Analysts that are responsible for other process scenarios: Procure-to-pay, Record-to-report, Master Data and Business Intelligence.

Strong background in HR process optimization

You have a relevant educational background and solid experience that provides you with a strong command of HR processes and governance in an SAP and Success FactorsTM  environment – e.g. from a similar position in a large international company and/or from a management consulting company. You have experience within HR process optimization and your experience is ideally complemented with a LEAN/Six Sigma certification. In addition, you must bring best-practise knowledge of how to implement effective global processes (preferable using SAP), currently we are participating in a project to implement Success FactorsTM globally in LEO Pharma.

Personal skills

Your experience and business understanding enables you to analyze business requirements and challenge both requirements and solutions. You understand how to combine business processes optimization and process governance to create business value. You have a strong sense of detail, good coordinating skills and a passion for driving changes. You act proactively and take full responsibility for your tasks and you have the communication and collaboration skills required to navigate safely among multiple stakeholders and on many levels of the organization. You have the competences to link the Line of Business with IT understanding both “languages”

Your new team

The Hire to Retire team, which you will join, is part of Business Process Integration, which is one of four strategic entities in the newly established SAP Business Integration function reporting to the CIO. The vision of the function is to enable strategic Line of Business transformations via process optimisation and standard SAP technology. We have a strong focus on business development and qualification of IT demands from the business as well as benefit realization by anchoring and continuously improving the SAP solutions in the business of LEO Pharma.

 We are based at LEO Pharma’s headquarter in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. As our HR transformation encompasses the world, some travel activity is to be expected.
