IT Engineer to global serialisation

Do you want a job with global impact in a successful growth company?

If you bring a good combination of technical knowledge, IT-skills and experience within production, you now have the opportunity for a unique and challenging job. You will join LEO Pharma in an extremely exciting period of time. We have set out to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner. To succeed, we are transforming our entire operation. Part of this is our global serialisation project in which you will become a key player with massive influence and impact.

Ensure standardisation as link between Manufacturing, IT and system suppliers

As we have started the implementation of our new serialisation system we can see the need for cross-organisational coordination – and that is why we need you! While focusing on serialisation your overall objective is to ensure smart, user friendly and standardised ways of working across all our production sites. As such, you will link Finished Goods Manufacturing, internal IT and external system suppliers. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Plan and head weekly meetings with our system supplier – including on-going follow up
  • Build and drive a super user community across our production sites in different countries
  • Coordinate implementation of new software with involved production units
  • Keep an overview of our system setup and capabilities to help assess country specific requirements for serialisation
  • Define and execute system simulation testing
  • Grow into a role as super user and sounding board for super user colleagues

You can look forward to travel 10-20 days per year (in Europe) to meet colleagues and partners.

+5 years experience in the cross-field of production and IT

You have a technical university degree and at least 5 years’ experience from a job where you have worked across IT and technique in a production environment. This provides you with a good understanding of a manufacturing setup and you can link this to intelligent use of IT. You can create and drive a software test setup and a community for knowledge sharing. Ideally, you have specific knowledge within serialisation, pharma and GxP but it is not a prerequisite for applying.

To succeed, you must have coordination skills clearly beyond the average. As part of this you can establish good relations to people with different professional and cultural backgrounds. This naturally also takes good communication skills, written as verbally in English. On the personal level you like to learn new stuff, and you can thrive in an environment of change.

Your new team

You will join a team of four (soon to be eight) skilled and dedicated technical profiles based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. We share the ambition to take LEO Pharma to the next level and we have the support from top management to do so. Our culture is open, informal and characterised by entrepreneurial spirit, knowledge sharing and room for having a good time together.

We look forward to receiving your application.
