It is a new dawn for LEO Pharma. With a declared vision to be the preferred dermatology care partner, and with an ambitious set of 2020-targets to steer us towards success, we need to think differently. Now you have the opportunity to take a role in this change journey, as we are about to set the CoE team!

Drive Finance process improvements

As Process Development Manager for Record to Report your overall focus is to develop new and optimize existing Finance processes with a clear efficiency and customer focus in mind. We have torn down the walls between functions and aim to have a holistic approach on developing new processes thinking end to end. That means that you are able to collaborate with other areas of the CoE, the line of Business and the IT organization.

Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Identify areas for improvement in close dialogue with our stakeholders

  • Cooperate with colleagues in Corporate Finance, IT and the affiliates to qualify system requirement specifications
  • Ensure that our global Finance processes add value to the business, our employees and our managers and at the same time are in accordance with local/global legislation

You will have a close dialogue with many stakeholders mainly located in Corporate Finance and IT to ensure alignment of our global Finance processes. Within the Centre of Excellence you will work closely together with other Process Development Managers and Business Analysts that are responsible for other main SAP process scenarios: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay, Hire-to-retire, Master Data and Business Intelligence.

You will be based in our headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. Some travel activity should be expected.

Strong background in Finance process optimization

You have a relevant educational background and solid experience that provides you with a strong command of Finance processes and governance in an SAP environment – e.g. from a similar position in a large international company and/or from a management consulting company.

You have experience within the area of Finance process optimization and your experience is ideally complemented by Lean Green Belt.

You have experience in process design and optimization supported both by SAP and by cloud solutions.

Your experience and business acumen enables you to analyze business requirements and challenge both requirements and solutions. You understand how to combine business processes optimization and process governance to create business value. You have a strong sense of detail, good coordinating skills and a passion for driving changes. You act proactively and take full responsibility for your tasks and you have the communication and collaboration skills required to navigate safely among multiple stakeholders and on many levels of the organization.
