Student Assistant for Financial Management Information

LEO Pharma is looking for 3 highly motivated student assistants to fill three positions in the Financial Management Information team.

The Financial Management Information (FMI) team operates and develop the Global Finance BI environment and global reporting landscape. A key part in this, is the interlinking role between the Global Finance organization, LEO IT and Centre of Excellence. To become a success in this role you have the ability and mind-set enabling you to convert business requirements into technical and structural Finance BI solutions. 

As a student assistant, you will be given a combination of recurring tasks as well as included in one or more developments projects allowing you to help drive the future Global Finance BI environment. Tasks will be fine-tuned according to your profile, however in large be about:

  • Recurring validations to ensure data and report integrity
  • Maintenance of data structures and global compliance
  • Design, development and testing of excel based reports and analysis tools
  • Hands-on support to Business Partner during peak periods (forecast, month-end, year-end, etc.)

What we expect from you:

  • You are studying a relevant degree within finance or economics (ex. HA, cand.merc.) and have min. 2 years left of your studies
  • You are in the top 10% of your class  
  • You hold strong analytical skills and a solid interest in area between finance and IT
  • You are ambitious and you are able to deliver quality work
  • You are fluent in oral and written Danish and English
  • You have strong MS Excel skills and are comfortable with PowerPoint
  • You are good a communicating your point and hold a service mind set
  • You are motivated by working in a dynamic and global organisation
  • You like to be challenged and strive under pressure, but are also comfortable and satisfied by performing daily routine tasks
